Dr. Trent Madsen has always enjoyed working with children. As the uncle of 38 nieces and nephews, he grew up spending time creating new games to make any situation fun. Once Dr. Madsen fell in love with pediatric dentistry, his natural abilities to make children feel comfortable and safe came in handy as he strives to make any visit to the dentist painless and worry free. As a former college athlete, Dr. Madsen feels very strongly about making every child feel a part of a team and wants each patient to feel important and recognized. Dr. Madsen received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Phoenix and later his master’s degree from Midwestern University. He attended dental school at A.T. Still University where he was voted the class president and helped lead his fellow classmates to create their most successful dental school experience. Dr. Madsen received an opportunity to complete a residency for pediatric dentistry in Springfield, Missouri. He has since decided to continue his education further in becoming board certified through the American Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Madsen and his wife, Rindy, were both born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. They have 4 girls; Rockie, Tycie, Dempsey, and Lennie. The girls keep their family very busy traveling to each child’s many sporting events and activities. But they wouldn’t have it any other way. As a family, they love to spend time together being active and playing games and being involved in their church and community as much as possible.
